The short answer
HumCrew's current core records qualified customers, appointments, and notes inside HumCrew. A write into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or another external system is not included by default. HummingAgent can separately investigate, scope, build, and verify an authorized connector where the customer's system exposes a safe path.
The gap between answered and booked
A call that ends with a message is still office work waiting to happen. Somebody has to read the summary, create the job, pick the crew, and confirm the time. When that somebody is busy, the lead sits, and callers who do not hear back call the next company.
A verified connector can close that gap, but it is a separate deliverable. Until one is built, the agent qualifies and books against HumCrew availability, and the record remains in HumCrew for the approved team.
How we integrate without marketplace apps
We do not claim live core connectors, certifications, or partner listings with any field service platform. Custom API engineering starts with discovery, then separately builds and verifies the authorized paths the approved workflow needs, subject to the capabilities of the system and account.
The same approach can be evaluated for a homegrown system. Some systems support a full path, some only a one-way or partial path, and some cannot be connected safely.
What to ask any vendor
Ask where the booking ends up, ask what happens when your calendar rules change, and ask who does the work when the API is undocumented. If the answer is switch platforms, you are being asked to rebuild your business around an answering tool. That is backwards.

No, and we do not claim to be. External connectors are not part of the current HumCrew core. We can separately scope custom engineering against authorized APIs, then build and verify the approved paths.
What if my software is homegrown or niche?
Engineers can investigate the available interfaces during discovery. Any viable read or write path is then separately scoped, built, and verified; no connection is assumed in advance.
