Integration
We don't see your system on the list either
Maybe it is a scheduler a local developer built years ago, an industry tool with no public API, or a spreadsheet that quietly runs the company. HummingAgent's engineers can investigate the available interfaces and design a practical path without pretending one already exists.
Connector status: A connector for your system is not part of the current HumCrew core. It must be separately scoped, built, and verified before any external read, write, synchronization, or automation is enabled or represented as available.
What a scoped build can connect to
- Whatever the system safely exposes: an approved API, database interface, export, or file drop confirmed during discovery.
- Configured HumCrew phone and text channels, with any external handoff defined in the written integration scope.
- Approved website forms, quote tools, and lead sources only after each ingress and destination path is implemented and verified.
What an approved connector can read
- Customer and job history only if a safe, authorized, and testable source exists.
- A schedule structure only after it is digitized or exposed through a verified interface.
- Open quotes and estimates only where the approved source and fields can be read reliably.
What an approved connector can write
- Bookings, leads, and notes only where a separately built connector has a verified write path.
- An activity log in the approved destination only after delivery and failure behavior are verified.
- Where writing back is not possible, a separately scoped HumCrew-side record with clearly documented synchronization limits.
Honest limits
We would rather tell you what does not work on the first call than have you find out after the invoice.
- We will not pretend every system is fully integrable. Some are read only, some are export only, and a few are truly sealed. Discovery exists to find out which one yours is, and we tell you the answer plainly before you spend money.
- Custom integration work is engineering time, and quotes reflect that. The trade is that you get a system built around your business instead of a subscription that assumes somebody else's.
- If your current setup genuinely cannot support what you want, we will say so, and tell you what the smallest workable change would be. Sometimes the honest answer is a partial build first.
Common questions
What if my field service software has no public API?
We investigate whether a responsible database interface, scheduled export, file drop, or HumCrew-side record is feasible. Nothing connects by default. Discovery defines the candidate path, and implementation plus verification must finish before it is enabled.
Can the AI answering service work with a homegrown or custom system?
Potentially. The current HumCrew core does not include a connector for an unknown system. Our engineers can separately scope and build an approved path where the system exposes a safe interface, then verify it before use. Some systems will support only a partial or one-way connection.
What if my business still runs on spreadsheets or a whiteboard?
We treat that as a discovery starting point. A separately scoped project can digitize the required record or schedule, but no read, write, or synchronization path is represented as available until it is built and verified.
How do you decide what is possible before I commit?
Discovery comes first. We map what your system can expose, tell you plainly which parts are read only, export only, or fully reachable, and say so before any engineering time is billed.
